e-Čitulje provides an online medium for posting, archiving, and searching obituaries, memorials, condolences, and related information.

The user submitting the announcement is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the submitted text, names, dates, and photographs. The submitter guarantees that they possess the right and authorization from the deceased's family to publish such information.
4. Editorial Moderation and Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to review, edit, or reject any content that is inaccurate, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform design, software, trademarks, graphics, and structure are the exclusive intellectual property of e-Čitulje.
6. Limitation of Liability
e-Čitulje provides the service on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from user-generated content or temporary service interruptions.
